A Fine Set of Four Queen Anne Period Pewter Plates

The fronts, with multi-reed rims, and bearing struck ownership marks W over M M (one with just the initials W M), and also the struck hallmarks for John Kirton.

To the reverse of all the plates are John Kirton’s touch marks (some worn), who worked in London at the end of the 17^th century.

Lovely soft pewter colour and excellent condition.
