A Fine Tudor Oak Ceiling Boss of Henry VII Period (1457-1509)
Carved with stylised leaves, emanating from a central whorl. The outer part of each leaf richly embellished with deep gouged carving and decorative scallops.
English, West Country (often associated with Devon), circa 1500.
