A Very Elegant Mid-17th Century Oak Joint Stool
The fine double-moulded boarded top, above well-shaped rails, with run-moulding – filled with zig-zag and stamped decoration. The beautifully turned legs are very skillfully executed and jointed by square sectioned stretchers.
English, circa 1640.
